Blast Hits Syrian Border Town, Killing At Least 43

At least 43 people have been killed in a auto bombing along a busy street in a Syrian rebel-held town near the Turkish border.

For his part, Doctor Abu Hasan who works at a local hospital in Azaz, also told Anadolu Agency that 60 people were killed and more than 50 civilians injured in the incident.

The group said the toll was likely to rise.
