It seems like hard times are hitting Melania Trump as she struggles to take on her new role as First Lady.

It can be recalled that First Lady Melania Trump has been MIA (Missing In Action) during the first few weeks of her husband's reign as President of the United States of America. She continues to stay in her NY apartment, while her 10-year old son, Barron, finishes school. "This life wasn't her dream - it was Donald's", said friend and celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch. "It was Donald's" and "Truthfully, it's a lot to cope with".

The President embraced the opportunity to talk about the first lady, who has not spent much time in the public eye since her husband assumed office nearly four weeks ago, and to defend her against some of her critics. Trump has also been fighting a libel suit against the Daily Mail, which she sued for implying she previously worked as a high-end escort. As for the First Lady, she is assured that " she is very happy and that she gives all her support to her husband and her family ".

Melania reportedly hates being in the spotlight as First Lay. Shouldn't you try a dash too?

Tiffany Trump shunned by editors at New York Fashion Week
Vogue magazine reported that Meeks "finally made his debut on the runway, thanks to the larger-than-life fashion brand Philipp Plein ".

Maybe this is why Melania made a decision to turn on her First Lady charm when showing Akie around Palm Beach, visiting the Bethesda-by-the-Sea church where she and Donald tied the knot in 2005?

And then there's Melania's accent, with the former model, despite her fluency in five languages, extremely conscious of her heavy native Slovenian accent.

More than an hour into a raucous White House news conference, President Donald Trump was asked a personal question about his wife, Melania Trump.

'Melania has the Secret Service take Barron to school and retrieve him, ' claimed one family friend not quoted by name.

Toshiba chairman to step down after nuclear business loss
Toshiba was reported by New York Times as saying that the firm is considering to sell stake in Westinghouse. Toshiba is expected to restructure its ailing nuclear business, but nothing has been announced.

After school, they both stay in, with Barron doing his homework and watching cartoons, USA said.

The 35-year-old made her debut solo appearance as First Lady when she met the Japanese Prime Minister's wife.

"Melania says she's most happy at Mar-a-Lago", a source confided.

According to the US Weekly source, "Don't let her smile in those photos fool you".

Protesters block Devos from from entering public schools
Charter schools indeed can be a good alternative to public schools that are failing - and big cities are full of them. And she's pointedly started her tenure by embracing minority education.

So what do we know of other first ladies who were less than thrilled with their husbands' ascendancy to the highest office in the land?
