Yogi Adityanath as Uttar Pradesh CM: Did Modi just backstab UP voters?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders of India's ruling party attended a ceremony in the Uttar Pradesh state capital of Lucknow, where Yogi Adityanath took the oath of office.

After the BJP announced Yogi Adityanath's name for position of Chief Minister on Saturday.

"I have enormous confidence that this new team will leave no stone unturned in making UP Uttam Pradesh".

Prime Minister Modi further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has formed governments in four out of five states that went to the polls because of the blessings of people and hardwork of workers. He said the composition of his council of ministers is an indication that his government is committed to "sabka saath, sabka vikas".
